About
Nelisiwe was admitted as an advocate at the end of 2022. Since admission, she has gained experience in various fields of law, including Customary Law, Employment Law, Pension Fund Law, Personal Injury Law, Municipal Law, Family Law and General Commercial Litigation. She has appeared in the Gauteng, North West and Mpumalanga divisions of the High Court, as well as in the Magistrates' Courts and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA).
Prior to joining the Bar, Nelisiwe was an admitted attorney with experience in General Litigation and advising State-Owned Entities such as Transnet Freight Rail. She was also employed in the public service, where she served as a Legal Administration Officer in the litigation department of the South African Police Services and advised on matters relating to unlawful arrest and detention.
